Fun on the swings

We all went on a little walk the other evening to the park close to our house and played on the swings. I was swinging with Kade when Joel decided Abby needed to ride with him. So our dog experienced her first swing. What a goofball !!!

Bath Robe.

These cute pics are mostly for cousin Stephanie. I thought how cute Madison looked in her little robe and wanted to share Kadence modeling his blue robe. Although I definetly think it fits a little beautiful girl better but thought you would all enjoy these shots.

Polson Lake pics

Last weekend we had a mini-family vacation to Polson to visit Joel's Grandparents at the lake house. It was so much fun for all of us and Kadence loved watching everyone and all the water.

A cute little photo shoot

I was inspired by Jennifer's good photo shoots of Ellie so decided to try a little one with Kadence with color and black/white. He did fairly well although towrds the end got a little fussy as one of the pics displays. Anyway hope you enjoy my efforts. Love ya all and thanks for looking at our blog. I am pretty proud of the sequence of pics I took this week of Kadence waking up in the morning. He had been snuggling with me and just started waking as I was clicking. So precious especially when he stretches. ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so tired !!!!!

5 Months

Just a little note to announce the important 5 month milestone today. Time goes by so fast and we cherish every moment with our little boy. He is getting ready to sit up on his own soon !

New Quilt from Aunt Jennifer

Kadence has been very spoiled lately with gifts. His Aunt Jennifer also just mad him a beautiful new quilt. It is so soft and cuddly and allready I can tell it is his new favorite snuggle blanket for nighttime. It was so thoughtful and we appreciate all the work she put into it along with the love.

A new Tummy Time Toy.

Grandma Petersen recently gave Kadence a gift to get a new toy. So mommy found this cool surfboard matt and Babiea R Us. It has a little pillow for him to rest on and toys along with some water filled lining to look at. He really likes it and it has made tummy time much more enjoyable for him. Thank you Grandma !!!

Michelle's Wedding

First bites of cereal.

It was a big first a couple days ago as Kadence eat his first cereal. He really liked it and sucked it down good. We did have a bit of a mess on his face but I think that is something mommy will need to get used to. We do need to buy him a highchair now as the "Real Food" is starting.

Fun at the Fair.

We all had a family fun day at the fair last week. Kadence sure was ammused by the animals in the petting zoo and really had a good grip on one little piglet. He also had a fun ride with mom on the merry-go-round. Mom is getting kinda big for the rides I think as it made me kinda weesy. kadence however loved it and probally would have rode again.

Giggles and toys !

We love to play around and get lots of giggles out of our little boy. I took these pictures last week one day when we where playing around together. Nothing big just fun with some little toys.

I know that you have all seen lots of sleeping pictures but they are just so precious and cute how he sleeps so we had to share a few more. I think the diaper ones are the best as youget an idea of how big he is getting.

Trying on a tux...of so handsome..

My cousin Amanda let me borrow Jace's little babtism tux for Kadence. I tried it on him the other day and boy did he look handsome. I don't think he liked it very well though as he kept giving me a pouty face.
